Tasting Notes
This wine, made from the Chasselas grape variety, has a pale gold color with green highlights. On the nose, it seduces with its delicate aromas of white flowers and lemony nuances. On the palate, the attack is full and fresh, typical of this grape variety often appreciated for its finesse. Flavors of white-fleshed fruit, slightly milky, harmonize with a sapid finish with subtle notes of rhubarb, offering a fine expression of terroir.
