  • Tasting Notes

This wine, made from the Chasselas grape variety, has a pale gold color with green highlights. On the nose, it seduces with its delicate aromas of white flowers and lemony nuances. On the palate, the attack is full and fresh, typical of this grape variety often appreciated for its finesse. Flavors of white-fleshed fruit, slightly milky, harmonize with a sapid finish with subtle notes of rhubarb, offering a fine expression of terroir.

  • Vinification and Aging

Vinification: Direct pressing of whole bunches, with selection of the best juices as they leave the press. Light settling followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks.

Aging: Aged on total lees in stainless-steel tanks for 8 to 9 months, with resuspension of lees every two months.

  • Terroir

Terroir: Soils composed of clay, siliceous pebbles, cailloutis and calcareous loess. Areas with leptynites (gneissic metamorphic rocks) and granitoids.
