Vinification and Aging
After static cold settling, fermentation takes place at low temperature in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. The wine is aged on its fine lees before bottling.

SAQ Pickup
Orders will be delivered to one of the 145 SAQ locations authorized to handle private imports. You will be asked to select the SAQ location where you wish to collect your order.
Please note that we currently do not offer home delivery.

The service fees will be paid to GALLEON when your order is placed on our website (galleonwines.ca) and the product cost is payable to the SAQ at the pickup location.
